Welcome!


 Welcome to my new blog!  In an effort to get re-aquainted with the blogging world, I reinvented myself, kind of.  A lot has changed in my life (including my last name) which has allowed me to begin again.  I am "Crafty LAB" (you like that play on my initials?) and I'm still with Close to my Heart so I will be showcasing their beautiful products!  Please take a look at the new catalogs and peruse the promotions we have going on!  I will be making and showing some of the many fun products in the coming days!  


Our color of the year is WILD BERRY!  Isn't it beautiful!  Surprisingly, its perfect for Halloween, too!

Playing with some older stash!

 These are some of the projects I have made in the last couple of weeks using up some older CTMH products.  Thanks to Chelsey Vorosmarty, the group of cards came together quickly and beautifully!  The second card is not a CTMH stamp, but I can’t resist how cute the House Mouse designs are!  I’m looking forward to using some current products for the next post!

Breathe

 Sometimes we need reminders of simple things.  When life becomes overwhelming or difficult, a simple message on the wall can be the perfect reminder to quiet your mind and just breathe.  I made this for my teenage daughter to hang in her room as that sort of reminder.  It is not CTMH, but I think it's beautiful nonetheless.  I hope you enjoy it.  All paper is from the Recollections collection at Michaels.
